smooth transfer kind staff perfect location
the staff arranged transfers from the airport to the hotel it all ran smoothly the room was large it was clean and well decorated breakfast was great too. the location was amazing i was close to everything the front desk reception staff was helpful and kind always. the hotel is in a perfect location i was 5 mins from st marks square i found it quiet with plenty of restaurants about.
i would have liked a kettle us british like a cup of tea.

old furniture unsettling smell
the location was close to many tourist spots.
the room furniture seemed quite outdated. the room had this rather strange smell i could not put my finger on, a bit unsettling. i requested a welcome drink but it was not delivered.

canal view smart tv coffee machine effective air conditioning
the beautiful double room canal view matched the photos perfectly. the room was clean and quiet. it had a smart tv and a coffee machine. the hotel had effective air conditioning and the location was a short walk from the water taxi stop.
the breakfast was not included and seemed overpriced.

the hotel location allows convenient access to transport because it is near the san zaccaria water taxi stop and makes travel around the area simple and fast especially without needing a car.

mixed feelings about this stay
uncomfortable beds expensive breakfast
the location was acceptable because it was close to attractions.
the room i stayed in was rather dark and the furniture looked old. the beds were not comfortable at all which impacted my sleep. i also thought the breakfast was too expensive, and i didnt appreciate that it wasnt included.
